Mission and Vision Statements
Mission
Our mission is to provide significant financial resources in support of the vision and plans of Classis Red Mesa, the Red Mesa Christian School Association and their ministries in advancing the mission of God in our Native American and multicultural context.
Vision
The Red Mesa Foundation, in partnership with the Native American and multicultural ministries of Classis Red Mesa and the Red Mesa Christian School Association, will contribute significantly to their financial viability so that the mission of God is advanced in the Red Mesa region.
The RMF will be a model organization that demonstrates Native American Christian leadership and capacity to:
- Manage the property, improvements and proceeds entrusted to the Foundation by the Christian Reformed Church on behalf of the ministries it serves.
- Build an endowment to provide ongoing monetary support for the churches, schools, and related ministries.
- Enlist partnership, gifts and grants from the broader Christian community for strengthening the Red Mesa churches, schools, and related ministries.
- Model Native Christian stewardship and leadership in ways that foster indigenous ownership and leadership of the churches, schools and their ministries
