The Red Mesa Leadership Development Network is preparing me to answer God’s Call
My name is Caleb N. Dickson and I live in Aztec New Mexico and am a member of the Maranatha Fellowship Christian Reformed Church in Farmington. I’ve completed one year of the Red Mesa Leadership Development Network (RMLDN) and am looking forward to continuing my study of God’s Word and Work. I am preparing for a teaching and possibly a preaching ministry. I am really impressed with the dedication, passion, and preparation of the instructors and leaders for this program. At this point in my life I sense that I am coming to a “crossroad”. My retirement from my present job may be sooner than I think. My hope and prayer is that the RMLDN will train, equip, motivate, encourage and enable me with GOD’s blessings in whatever role(s) the LORD GOD leads me to.
The Red Mesa Leadership Development Network is helping me to grow as a Small Group Developer among Native American Christians.
My name is Darleen Litson from Teecnospos, Arizona. I am a member of the Four Corners CRC where I serve as a treasurer. I and am also a Small Group Ministry Developer along with my husband, James. My passion is teaching. Therefore, I really enjoyed doing Bible study or any kind of small group that involves teaching. Since I’ve been facilitating Bible study, I felt a great need to know more about the Word. Reading the books of the Old Testament has really enhanced my understanding of the New Testament. My walk with God is more exciting than ever because He is full of surprises. My joining the Red Mesa Leadership Development Network (RMLDN ) program is to become more knowledgeable about the Word, support my husband, and walk the journey together as the Lord leads us wherever. Our hope is to start a small group in the Wheatfields/Tsaile area where James is from. There is a great need for evangelism there.
The Red Mesa Leadership Development Network is helping me to share the joy I have as a follower of Jesus.
My name is James Litson and I am an elder in the Four Corners Christian Reformed Church in Teec Nos Pos Arizona. I became a Christian later in life after years of working in construction and participating in rodeo on the weekends. I am so thankful to God for sparing my life and bringing me into the joy of being a follower of Jesus. I want to see my family, friends and the youth of our church and communities come to know Christ. Being part of the Red Mesa Leadership Development Network (RMLDN) is equipping me for leadership without requiring me to leave my community. It is encouraging me in leadership of small home-based Bible Study minstry helping me and my wife Darlene in understanding God’s word and relating it to others.
God’s guidance brought me into the Red Mesa Leadership Development Network
My name is Francis Nelson and I am a member for the Four Corners CRC in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona. God has guided me through out my life even when I didn’t realize it. When I was small I was raised in a traditional way of living. When I started school at age of seven, that’s when I was introduced to church. I went to church when I’m at school through out my grade school years. But when I went back home after school session in the summer, every thing was back to traditional. When I got to high school and later, I faded away from going to church. Through out my teen years I did a lot of wild and sinful things. After I got out of College and got a job, settled down and started a family. I thought I was just lucky, but I was wrong. God was guiding me all this time.
